• Inhabited by humans at a similar stage of development to Earth humans.

• Visited by Billy and the Plejaren on the 16th September 1975.

• The inhabitants were at war against one another.

• The inhabitants were destroying one another with nuclear weapons.

• The system was under the control at the time of of a highly developed form of life, which intervened to prevent an extraplanetary catastrophe. The inhabitants adhered to the advice of this highly developed form of life before reaching total annihilation.
